Saken Group's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to add more groceries to sell.

Saken Group's story

Saken, 34 years of age, is a married mother of two school aged children. She and her beloved family live in the Kampong Cham province of Cambodia. To support their living expenses, she has been selling groceries for profit for the past eight years. Meanwhile, her husband operates a farm. Their family's income is around $18 US per day.

Saken, who appears on the right, requested the Kiva loan for the group of four members. She is going to use her share of the loan to add more groceries to sell. She sees that this investment will help her to stock her store, fulfill her customers' needs, and increase her family's profits as well.
