Lucette's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy some bales of used clothing for resale by walking through the neighborhoods.

Lucette's story

Lucette is the mother of a family, aged 39 with four children. She lives in a crowded, busy neighborhood. She has had a stable business for some 10 years, selling used clothing. She makes her sales as an itinerant salesperson.

Lucette and her husband work together to cover family expenses. Their basic needs are assured, but Lucette wants to do better. She wants to accomplish some big projects for her family. She decided to take out loans so as to expand her activity. She has been a partner in good standing of Vahatra for several years. The number of articles she has for sale has increased considerably since
she became a partner of Vahatra.

In order to continue to advance, Lucette has requested another loan. She is going to use the loan amount to buy bales of high quality clothing. She has good experience in sales and prioritizes the expansion of her business so as to earn more in profits. Lucette is counting on the support of the lenders.
