A loan helped to buy an additional buffalo and some fodder for her dairy farm and increase her earnings.

Sajida's story

Sajida is 52 years old married woman, who hails from Rawalpindi where she owns a small dairy farm. The dairy farm is the sole source of income for her family. Over the years she has managed to buy buffaloes that produce milk which is then sold to households and retailers. In the meantime, she makes sure that quality is maintained.

She has four children: Her two children are attending college whereas the other two help her in the farm and she wants to increase her earnings to better the family living standard for her children. For this purpose she wants to buy an additional buffalo and some fodder so that she has increased earnings.

She has requested for a loan of 150000 PKR from BRAC Pakistan. She hopes her dream to provide better living standard and educate her children will come true.
