A loan helped Spa Massage on the Go hire sales people so we can help more veterans, elderly, disabled and hospice residents and their families.

Jessica's story

My parents divorced when I was 10 years old. My mom had a full-time job, but was always tired and unhappy. She wanted to spend more time with me and my two brothers, so she decided to own her own business. My mom was spending a lot of time on a card game called solitaire instead of running her business. After a while she filled for bankruptcy. For me, I hated watching her sweat every time she bought clothes or groceries. I made the decision that was never going to be me. So I got my self a job and was able to provide myself everything I wanted. When I got out of the Army, I moved to Los Angeles. I quickly learned that most jobs were commission based. Even though I was not an entrepreneur yet, that did not make any sense to me. I actually got into business completely on accident. What I discovered about myself is that I love business and I am good at it. Today I am back in my hometown of Milwaukee WI. I successfully moved my business here, and am no longer a practicing massage therapist. We have 12 professionals working in the company. My dream is to expand the industry to take care of people that are stuck at home because of poor health, injuries or mature age. Everything we do is designed to make people feel better and when they feel better, they do better.
