I was raised in Buffalo, NY after having been born in Arlington, VA. I completed a Hospitality Degree from Trocaire College while I worked as a Sous Chef in my family restaurant. Having grown up around food and restaurants I always knew that someday I wanted to own my own business in the industry. After moving to Pittsburgh in 2014 with Erin, I realized that there were not as many food trucks here as there were in other places. Having always been fascinated by food trucks I thought that there was no better time to start my own then when the culture was just developing. Erin and I were live in operators of a boutique bed and breakfast in the Finger Lakes region of New York State in 2010. Having been successful in our roles there and having this experience together I knew we both had the entrepreneurial mindset a food truck would need. Our skills together have paired perfectly to operate our business and be on a path to continue to expand.
