Edita's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more toiletries, rice, soda, chips, canned goods, charcoal, and other grocery items to sell.

Edita's story

With her hard work partnered with the loan extended to her, Edita's business is continuously growing. She would like to thank everyone who helped her and supported her business.

From her loan, she was able to buy the needed products for her variety store, and more customers patronized her products. She also earned income that she used in paying their household bills. Her variety store has been running for 16 years now, and she is glad that it has grown over the years.

To have additional capital, she would like to ask for financial assistance that will be used in buying more toiletries, rice, soda, chips, canned goods, charcoal, and other grocery items to sell. Aside from the expansion of her business, it is also her desire to see her children and grandchildren live better lives.

Edita is a member of the Center for Community Transformation and meets weekly with her fellowship group partners to share her life’s testimony and business experience with them. She also draws strength and inspiration from the fellowship and listening to the Word of God.

A fellowship group has 15 to 20 members. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social relationships among partners, and repay microfinance loans.
