Baindu's story

Meet 29-year-old Baindu from Waterloo 2 branch. She is married and has three children.

Baindu runs a food business and sells fried fish, fried chicken, fish ball, chicken ball, cakes, etc. to her customers in the community. She has been in this business for the past eight years now and works ten hours per day and seven days a week. Her other source of income is from her husband. Baindu says her business is growing.

Baindu requested this loan from BRAC to purchase more fish, chicken, pepper, Maggie, onions, tomato, oil, and other items to increase her business. She says that the extra income from this loan will improve the life of her family. In the future she wants her business to expand into a big restaurant. She says thanks to BRAC and the Kiva community for their support.
