Elmira's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy two dairy cows in order to increase organic milk yield and livestock headcount.

Elmira's story

Elmira has successfully paid off her previous loan and is grateful to Kiva and to everyone who helped her with that financing. At the present time, her farm consists of two cows, three horses, and a 1.6-hectare plot of land on which she grows potatoes, barley, and alfalfa.

To further develop her business, Elmira has again applied to Bai Tushum Bank, this time for a loan of 200,000 som (KGS) for the purchase of two diary cows to increase the livestock headcount and organic milk yield. The income from the loan will help Elmira give her children a high-quality education and save money to buy an apartment.
