Jairo Antonio's story

Jairo graduated with a degree in teaching the English language. He is 26 years old and single. He lives with his mother and younger sister.

Jairo works making sweet breads such as quesadillas, jam-filled pastries, pineapple pastries, donuts, etc., a business which he has done for some years and learned from his mother. He has a small gas oven and when the bread is ready, he goes out to sell it in different nearby places. He works from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Jairo is very enterprising and needs a loan to purchase flour, lard, gas, and metal trays to produce and sell bread.

He dreams of working in his field of teaching, expanding his business, and giving his family a better quality of life.
