Mayra Esmeralda's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy more plastic items such as large and small crates, baskets, plates, cups, and other items to stock up for her customers during the Christmas season.

Mayra Esmeralda's story

Mayra, 23, is a single mother with two children. They are 6 and 2 years old. She lives with her children and an 18-year-old brother. Mayra has her own business selling plastic items and other products. This allows her to earn income and pay personal expenses for herself, her children, and her brother. She opened her business three years ago and it is located in the community's city market. She learned to develop this economic activity with the help of some friends.

With the loan she has requested, she will buy more plastic items such as large and small crates, baskets, plates, cups, and other items to stock up for her customers during the Christmas season. They buy wholesale to be able to give the customers who visit their own business this show of gratitude for their preference. In this way, Mayra hopes her sales and income will increase.

Her goal is to grow her business to have economic stability so her family can get ahead.
