Rhodora's story

In her 17 years in the business, Rhodora went through different experiences that taught her to persevere and to continue no matter what. She is already 55 years old and lives with her family in Parañaque City, Philippines. She is married to Enrique, 57 and they have grown up children. She is thankful that finally now she will receive help from organizations whose aim is to help micro-entrepreneurs like her.
She would like to acquire a loan that will be used in buying added ready-to-wear items like clothes, bags, wallet, shoes, slippers and jewelries. This loan will be very helpful in running her business as well as its expansion. She hopes that her business will be established and dreams to have a better life.
Rhodora is a member of the Center for Community Transformation and meets weekly with her fellowship partners to share her life’s testimony and business experience with her fellowship members. She also draws strength and inspiration from the fellowship and listening to the Word of God. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 20 members. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social relationship among partners, and pay Micro Finance loans.
