Hugo's story

Hugo, 26, is married. He has a son in school and his business is taxi services. He works in El Torno, a rural area that stores crops to supply part of the city. Hugo and his family live in their own home.

He started his business working as a motorcycle taxi driver, then bought a car with the help of a loan. His business is taxi services. He has a car he drives and a motorcycle with a driver. The route he takes is from his community to the city, from early in the morning until late at night. There are only unpaved roads in the area, which is constantly damaging the engines.

The advantage is that there's demand during the day. His problem is replacing his car's damaged engine. His dream is to improve his income. He wants to work continuously.

With this loan he's going to buy a car engine to replace the damaged one and be able to continue working. This is his first loan from the institution in the three years he has worked in this job. For these reasons Hugo's requesting a loan.
