Jennelyn's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy home appliances to sell and piglets for her new piggery farm.

Jennelyn's story

Jennelyn wants to greet everyone a Happy New Year! She is glad to be able to grow her livelihood through the continuous support of Kiva and its lenders. Her income from the buying and selling of home appliances and her backyard piggery farm have been her source to meet her family's needs.

She hopes you could again give her a loan to pay for flat irons, electric fans, rice cookers, stoves, blenders, etc. She trusts that 2018 will be another great year for her business as subdivisions continue to rise in their province.

Jennelyn trusts that her buying and selling business will continue to flourish and prays for good health and prosperity for her family. She meets up with her co-fellowship* members to share stories of her work and to draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God, which she studies.

*All Center for Community Transformation (CCT) community partners/clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and repay microfinance loans.
