Tahmina's story

The woman in this photo is Tahmina. She is a very kind and responsible woman. She was born in 1984 into a working family. She is careful with her small child. She loves her family and takes care of them.

Tahmina is a seamstress. She deals with sewing national clothes. She sews beautiful clothes and has regular customers. She has been working for more than seven years in this sphere.

She earns income and uses it for her family's daily expenses such as food, clothing, electricity, water, her child's schooling, etc. It is hard for her to be the main provider for her family, as she works until night.

She and her husband decided to buy a car in order to earn money together for providing her family with all necessary things. She loves her job and works with great desire. With a car, her husband will be dealing with taxi driving services. In this way, her family's living condition will be better.

She is asking for a loan for the first time from Kiva’s field partner IMON. She hopes Kiva’s lenders will offer her financial support to provide her husband with a permanent job. She and her family await your support.
