Kebbeh's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase additional drinks, cold water, and dry meat to sell.

Kebbeh's story

This is 40-year-old Kebbeh. She is lives with her partner along with six children. Three of her children are presently in school and all of them live at home. She earns her living by selling drinks, cold water, and dry meat within the general market. She learned this trade by herself and started her business with her own money. She has been in this business for 10 years and she considered herself to be a hardworking businesswoman. Kebbeh has no problems with her business. She uses vehicles to transport supplies to her business site on weekends. She sells from 7:00 am until 7:30 pm each day, Monday through Saturday.

To increase her business, Kebbeh applied for a loan through BRAC Liberia. The loan will be used to purchase additional drinks, cold water, and dry meat to sell. She likes her business because sales are fast on a daily basis and she is proud of her business because it helps to take care of her family. In the future, she would like to become a big businesswoman and further her children's education. Kebbeh wishes to say thanks.
