Nacim's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped Nacim to refubish her shop and purchase stock.

Nacim's story

Nacim is a 29-year-old married woman with four nursery and school-age children. She lives in Anata (North East Jerusalem) with her husband (a driver) and children.

Nacim has received business training from MATI (the training partner of the Jerusalem Interest-free Microfinance Fund). After having some experience as a sales assistant, she has recently set up a clothing shop in Anata. The shop is near her home in a space made available to her by a family member. She is focusing on underwear and swimwear, for which she has suppliers in Turkey and in Tel Aviv. There are no other shops in the area offering these products.

Nacim's shop is in need of refurbishment, and she is seeking a loan of 18,000 NIS to help with that and to buy stock. Nacim is anxious to be able to contribute to the welfare of her growing family, This project will help her do so.
