Gulmira's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to purchase three dairy cows to increase the sale of organic milk and her herd.

Gulmira's story

Gulmira is 49 years old, married and has three sons and one daughter. Gulmira has secondary education. As a main source of income for her family, she has worked with livestock breeding and field crop cultivation since 1997. Thanks to Gulmira's persistent work, and the help of her husband, her farm currently has five cows, 30 sheep and one horse. She also has a plot of land of 2.1 hectares, on which she grows potatoes and hay.

Gulmira has a contract for selling organic milk to the local factory, for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to continue to invest in her business. After learning that at the bank "Bai Tushum", she could get a loan with security in the contract for future sales, through the product "Value Added Chain", she applied for a loan in the amount of 150,000 som (KGS).

Gulmira will purchase three dairy cows to increase the volume of milk for selling and her herd. The payment for the milk from the factory is transferred directly to Gulmira's bank account, and the down payment on the loan in automatically deducted. The income from the loan helps Gulmira improve her family's material well-being, and to finish building her house.
