Perline's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy local products for resale such as corn, dried beans, cassava, and many others.

Perline's story

Perline is a mother and a resourceful woman. She is 42 years old, married, and has three children. She sells local products and raises pigs. These two activities provide her family's income.

She is a partner with Vahatra and has already benefitted from several loans, which allowed her to develop her business activities. Her family's living conditions have significantly improved since the start of this partnership, and her revenue has increased.

She would like to take out this loan to increase her financial capital and resupply her storefront with local products. She plans to buy corn, dried beans, cassava, lima beans, and other items. She has loyal customers. Her previous loan was used for raising pigs, and she was able to renovate their enclosure with the profits.

Her goal is to build a house for her family. She hopes for broad support from Kiva's lenders.
