Anwari's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy chicken rice misala (mixture of ground species), face wash soap, detergent, sugar, bread, flour, soap, rice and other items for her grocery store.

Anwari's story

Anwari is a 36-year-old married woman, living with her spouse and five children in the area of Multan, Pakistan. Her husband is responsible for fulfilling the needs of the entire family, but Anwari has been running a grocery store where she is selling chicken rice misala (mixture of ground species), face wash soap, detergent, sugar, bread, flour, soap, rice and other items for other expenses.

Anwari is requesting a Kiva loan from BRAC Pakistan. Anwari will use the PKR 70,000 loan to buy chicken rice misala (mixture of ground species), face wash soap, detergent, sugar, bread, flour, soap, rice and other items for her grocery store. This is Anwari’s fourth loan with BRAC Pakistan Microfinance.

Anwari and her family will be thankful to Kiva, its lenders and field partner BRAC Pakistan for helping them by funding this loan to improve their living standard.
