A loan helped to start poultry farming.

Angelina's story

A plethora of problems have attacked Angelina and prevented her from realizing that nature had blessed her with a good climate that could favor crop and dairy farming. Later on, she made a decision to take on farming and stopped looking for a white-collar job. This was the best decision she has ever made in her entire life.

Today she wishes to expand her farm and start a poultry enterprise. For this reason, she is applying for a loan.

Poultry keeping continues to be one of the most popular enterprises among small-scale farmers in Kenya. This is because it is one of the cheapest farming enterprises that requires little capital to start. Although many farmers previously preferred hybrid chickens due to their high productivity, there has been a shift toward keeping indigenous chickens. This is because maintaining hybrid chickens is costly as their feeds are too expensive for many small-scale farmers.

Angelina wishes to increase her profits to enable her to withstand the tough economic times in her region. This will be possible if you offer her this loan. She has thanked her lenders in advance.
