Heremakono Group's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped buy cereals to resell so that he can buy a motorbike for his children.

Heremakono Group's story

Adama is standing in front of the group with his baskets of peanuts. He is 54 years old, married, and the father of six children between the ages of 7 and 30. Four of his children go to school. He has been buying cereals including "fonio," a type of millet; beans; red hibiscus, and peanuts, for 20 years.

His wife is a housewife and also sells baskets, fonio, and beans. With his Kiva loan, Adama will buy supplies in his village and sell his products in San and Dieli.

Working with RMCR and KIVA greatly helps the growth of Adama's business. The profits he earns allow him to take care of his family's needs.

In the future, Adama hopes and dreams of building an enclosure for cows and buying a motorbike for his children.

In his business, his main obstacle is the unforeseen drop in prices for food items at the market.
