Salot Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to expand her husband’s business capital to purchase more freshwater eels to sell.

Salot Group's story

Salot, 32, appears first on the right in the photo. She is married and living with her husband and two kids in the village in the Prey Veng province of Cambodia. To support the daily expenses, she has been cultivating rice to make profits, while her husband sells freshwater eels to earn more income. Both of them typically make around US$14 per day.

Since her husband's business is doing well, she is now representing this group of four members asking for a loan. She would like to use her portion to expand her husband’s business capital to purchase more freshwater eels to sell. She thinks this loan is a good opportunity to better support her family’s income.
