Nurgyz's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy 3 dairy cows in order to increase her sales of organic milk.
Nurgyz is 31 years old, married, and has 2 daughters and a son. Nurgyz has a secondary school education. As the main income for her family, she works in livestock and farming. She started her farm in 2005 and, thanks to Nurgyz's hard work and to her spouse's help, today she has 4 cows and 10 sheep as well as a parcel of land measuring 1.9 hectares on which she grows beans. Nurgyz has a contract to deliver organic milk to a local factory which processes dairy products. This allows Nurgyz to continuously invest in her agricultural business. Nurgyz learned that she could take out a loan from Bai Tushum Bank using her future earnings as security though the program "Chain of Value Added." She has applied for a loan of 150,000 som (KGS) to buy 3 dairy cows to increase her volume for milk sales as well as the size of her herd. Payments from the factory for her milk will go directly to Nurgyz's bank account and loan payments will be automatically deducted. The revenue from the loan will help Nurgyz to improve the financial well-being of her family to give her children a good education.
