Kawoural Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy sheep to raise.

Kawoural Group's story

Salimata is from Mali and is illiterate. She is aged 46, married and a mother of 6 children aged from 16 to 28 years old, two girls and 4 boys. Two of the boys are going to school. Salimata is the one with her hand raised in the group photo.

Salimata has turned to RMCR for a loan to develop her business of raising sheep. She has been raising sheep and doing a millet trade for 25 years. She gets her supplies in her locality and resells in the same place and often outside Mali. Her partner also does livestock trade between Mali, Burkina-Faso and Ivory Coast.

This activity allows her to get a profit of 32,500 XOF twice a month to fulfil her needs, those of her children and those of the family.

She is inspired for the future to give good help to her children to pay their schooling and provide clothing for her children.
