Awa's Group's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped to buy chicks for her poultry farming.
Awa's Group's story
The "banc villageois", which this group of 10 women belongs to, was established in February 2001. They are primarily active in selling various products. Ami, who is to the right in the photo with her hand raised, is the representative of the group. She is single, 41 years old and the mother of two children, one of whom is a girl. She has evolved over several years in this business. She expects with her new loan to buy some chicks, feed in each category and vaccines for her poultry farming, which she will resell later at the local market. The profits are going to be used to take charge of the schooling and health of the children but also for food expenses.
