Aixa Carolina's story

Aixa is 28 years old, she is married, and she has two children. She lives with her husband and children in a sector of the municipality La Ceiba, Atlantida. Aixa has earned a living selling food, drinks, and natural juices from her home for eight years. She sells fried chicken, baleadas, meat pastries, carne asada, drinks and a variety of natural juices to her customers.

She is requesting a loan for the first time in the amount of 15,000 Lempiras that she will invest 50% in the purchase of more basic food items to continue with the sales in her business, and 50% in repairs to her business locale in order to provide her customers good service. This will help her to attract more customers to her business and increase her sales. Her goals are to be a better business owner, improve her earnings, and be able to give her children a good education.
