Pa Khoang 36 Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy baby fish to raise and sell; the profit will cover her son's tuition fees.

Pa Khoang 36 Group's story

Danh is a 45-year-old woman who is married and lives with her husband, a 24-year-old daughter, a son-in-law, and a son who is studying in grade 12 in high school. They live in a traditional Thai stilt house.

Her main income is from agricultural production such as planting rice and canna and breeding pigs, buffalos, and fish; however, the income is low and unstable. Her main hardship is the lack of capital to expand her animal husbandry. She took three loans from Anh Chi Em program and repaid them successfully.

This time, Danh has taken a new loan from Anh Chi Em program to purchase baby fish to raise and sell. She said fish is one kind of animal that is easy to raise with high profits. The profits from this investment will be used to reinvest in pig farming and pay tuition for her son.

In the picture, she is wearing a black shirt with a bright smile.
