Mworra Catholic Twetungure Group's story

Clemensio is a hardworking woman who resides in Kamwenge. She has six children, and four of them attend school. She deals in farming food crops such as cassava, maize, beans, and bananas as her main source of income. She has been able to raise more funds to sustain her family, and she has successfully maintained her business for the last 20 years. She supplements her income with a salary as a primary teacher.

Although she is affected by prolonged drought and price fluctuation for food crops, she has hopes of educating all her children up to university level. Clemensio is a member of Mworra Catholic Twetungure Group, in which group members guarantee each other to access financial services. She is requesting a loan facility to buy manure and mulches to apply on her plantation.
