Mujeres Unidas Group's story

This group is called Mujeres Unidas (United Women). They are in the poverty elimination program, looking to improve each one of their living conditions and, confirming that, be able to fight to overcome each one of their poverty situations.

Johana is a member of this group. She works making and selling chipas (cheesy buns), which are a traditional Paraguayan food that are eaten all the time. She makes very delicious foods so she has a set clientele who always buy from her.

She is asking for this loan to be able to buy supplies to make chipas, such as starch, cheese, eggs, butter and more products. She is thankful for the opportunity that she is receiving to be able to continue with her business venture as she has been doing.
