He Muong 52 Group's story

Su, 53, is a widowed Thai woman who has a son. She and her son live in a new small Thai traditional house in a remote village. Without being trained for specific technical skills, Su relies on her experience in farming. She has worked at cultivating and breeding since she was a little girl.

Agricultural production is the main source of income for her family. To cover living expenses, she has diversified farming work into different activities such as growing rice, raising pigs, fish, chickens, and ducks. Without her husband, she has had many difficulties in life including repairing her fish pond. To have a good fish pond, she has taken out the 7th loan in the Anh Chi Em Program to have enough cash to repair the fish pond for raising fish.
