Ana Silvia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped a borrower to purchase supplies for making food and to purchase sweets and sodas, all of which she will sell in her school-based stall.

Ana Silvia's story

Ana is 39-years old and a single mother. She makes her living as a shopkeeper.
Ana has managed a school-based shop for the last four years. Previously, there was only one shop in the school. Because of the large number of students, they decided to open another shop. Ana took advantage of the opportunity to be in charge of the shop. At the shop she sells chicken sandwiches, sodas, pupusas (stuffed tortillas), sweets etc.
Ana needs a loan so she can purchase supplies for making the food she sells and also to purchase sweets and sodas, all of which she will sell in her school-based shop. In the past, Ana has received the support of two Kiva loans for her business; she repaid both loans on time.
Ana dreams of one day having her own home.
