Tuungane Group's story

This client, Marie, is a woman doing commerce in grocery items at the town market. The president of the community bank named “Tuungane”, she is a client of the microfinance institution Hekima. She is 58, married, and the mother of eight children, of whom two are students, and six are adults.

Marie is going to stock up wth bouillon cubes, nutmeg, onions, garlic, bell peppers, chili peppers, celery, and leeks to grow her business and respond to some degree to customer needs. She started her business with capital from her husband when she was married.

Her wish is to build a house and to provide food and clothing for her children. So she thanks Hekima for supporting unbanked entrepreneurs.
