but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase two dairy cows in order to sell larger volumes of organic milk.

Mairamkul's story

Mairamkul is 55, married, with four children. She has a secondary education and is by nature a very responsible and hardworking person. Eager to generate some additional income for her family, she has started to raise livestock and to cultivate crops. Having worked extremely hard to develop her business, she currently has three cows, 10 sheep, and two horses on her farm. She also grows alfalfa and potatoes for resale on 2.1 hectares of land.

In order to further grow her business, Mairamkul has turned to Bai Tushum Bank and requested a loan of 100,000 som (KGS) to buy two cows which will enable her to increase her production of organic milk. In the future, she would like to further increase her activity and to save enough money to build a house.
