Oyun's story

Oyun O. is a decent person with a good personality. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Kharkhorin, which was the ancient capital city of Mongolia at one time. Her oldest daughter graduated from university last year and is looking for a job. Her younger daughter is still studying at a university and will graduate soon. She believes that one can lead a happy life by gaining education, so she earns all the money necessary for her children's education.

She is good at sewing traditional Mongolian shoes called Buriad Shoes that are just right for the cold Mongolian winter. She started her business 30 years ago. She works with her friend and they rent a small room where they make and sew the shoes. When winter comes, their business flourishes by getting many shoe orders from people, but in the summer time it is hard to manage their business because of the small number of orders. She is doing her best to expand her business and not to put any burdens on her two daughters. She is requesting 500,000 tugrug (~352 USD) to maintain her successful family business.
