A loan helped to buy two machines to make vests and increase his production volume.

Noel Ronald's story

Noel is 21 years old, single, and his business is making vests. His work is located in the Puente Vela commercial zone, situated at the outskirts of the city.

Noel lives in a family home and has a room set up as a sewing workshop space, equipped with a regular sewing machine and an overlock machine. He specializes in making vests, which he sells at two weekly markets, at wholesale, and retail. The advantage of his business is the good quality and price which is less than his competition. The challenge for his business is the lack of equipment to increase the volume of his production. His dream is to hire helpers and increase his production. He wishes to pay the school fees for his two younger brothers.

With this loan he will buy a regular sewing machine and an overlock sewing machine, completing his work tools. He will hire a helper to produce a greater quantity and the will invest the profits in the education of his younger brothers. This is the first loan that he is receiving from the institution in the two years he has had this business.

It is for these reasons Noel seeks a loan to buy a regular sewing machine and an overlock sewing machine to make vests and increase his production volume.
