Ana Patricia's story

Ana is a very enthusiastic and entrepreneurial young woman. She studied until the fifth grade but because of financial reasons she could not continue her studies. Her partner makes wooden handicrafts and they have a child.

Ana has been working for 7 years making and selling tortillas. In addition, 2 years ago she started to sell tacos and sandwiches. Her life partner and an aunt help her at work in their free time.

With her previous Kiva loan she was able to improve her life and her business and she has already paid it off. She decided to apply for a new loan to buy corn and gas to sell tortillas and to buy 4 tables and chairs for customers who come to eat sandwiches and tacos.

She dreams of resuming her studies and bettering herself in order to offer her child a better quality of life.
