Sabougnouman Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy sheep to sell, in order to finance the school fees of the children at its opening.

Sabougnouman Group's story

In the photo, Daouda has the sheep on a cord. He is Malian and literate in the national language. He is 42 years old, married, and father of 7 children. Of his children, 2 attend school. He is a sheep and goat farmer. His wife is a housekeeper.

He buys his animals in the neighbouring markets and the sales are often in Bamako, amongst others. After the sales, he can expect to see profits between 30,000 and 40,000F each quarter. He has been in this business for over 5 years. He used to have problems accessing capital but those times are over since he started borrowing from RMCR. His income allows him to take control of medical fees, tuition for his 2 children, clothing for his children, and stable nurtrition for his family which is secure.
