Yeredeme Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy organic fertilizer for her crops and make more money from her harvest.

Yeredeme Group's story

Dounaba S is the person holding the calabash with the pink scarf on her head. Dounaba S is a 36 year old widow and mother of four children aged, 15, 12, 10 and 3 years old. Two of them go to school. With her loan from RMCR she plans on investing the money she receives buying fertilizer for her peanut crops. This will allow for a good yield at harvest.

The earnings from her sales will allow her to take care of her children, who have no father, providing them an adequate living environment. Her preceding loans allowed her to take care of her family after the death of her husband. So she hopes to always borrow money from RMCR to finance and develop her agriculture. The main problem she has in this business is often the lack of rain. She hopes the RMCR-Kiva relationship is successful and sustainable for all their businesses.
