Forodhani Grp Tarime Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to add more stock of best selling fruits and green vegetables, to replace the out of stock sacks of potatoes, yellow bananas and spinach for selling.

Forodhani Grp Tarime Group's story

Jackline is in her mid 30's, married, and has 3 children who are still studying. She is credited for being a very hard working green grocer as she operates a small fruit stand that sells and conducts door to door deliveries. She has been running this business for five years, working from 6:30 am to 7 pm daily to raise her profit.

This will be Jackline's second loan request from Tujijenge Tanzania and she used the previous loan to replace the out-of-stock items in her fruits stand and increased the supply of water melons to grow her business. She is happy that her sales has increased and with the profit earned, Jackline covered household expenses, paid school fees and provided food for her family.

As a green grocer, Jackline describes her biggest business challenge to be inadequate working capital, and she is applying for this loan to add more stock of best selling fruits and green vegetables, to replace the out of stock sacks of potatoes, yellow bananas and spinach for selling.

Jackline will share the loan with her 10 group members from "Forodhani group Tarime" and they will hold each other responsible for paying back the loan.
