Taha's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fishing tools such as a net and a stick to increase his fishing productivity.

Taha's story

Taha, is a 38-year-old Palestinian married man, who lives with his wife and four children in a camp for Palestinian refugees located in Northern Lebanon.

Taha is a fisherman and has been in this business for ten years. In the market he sells what he gets from fishing in order to provide his living and earn his income.

For the first time, Taha is asking for a loan from Ibdaa, a Kiva partner. He needs to buy new fishing tools and equipment such as a stick and a net. In that way, he will be able to enhance his work in which he will fish more and reduce time.

The loan will help him to increase his productivity, improve his income, and sustain his work.
