Solidaridad Group's story

Lucinda Estela is 49 years old. She lives with her partner and has three children, ages 27, 20, and 11. She is a member of the group Solidaridad, which is made up of five members. It is a group made up of only female entrepreneurs and was formed approximately more than ten years ago.

Lucinda Estela is a very hard-working woman. From the time she was very young, she has worked independently. This is how she started her business of selling poultry 20 years ago. She starts working very early every day with the purchase of the birds, the preparation, and then the sales to her customers. In spite of being a very self-sacrificing job, she is very happy since, because of it, she is able to cover her expenses and achieve the goals proposed for her family.

She will invest the loan she received in the purchase of a freezer that will be very useful to her business. She will be able to store the poultry that she has for sale.
