Safety Group-Kibuuye's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to repair his taxi.

Safety Group-Kibuuye's story

Enusu, a first-time UGAFODE borrower, lives in Kibuye-Kampala district. He is 45 years old and married with three children aged 6, 10 and 15 years, all school-going.

Enusu is a taxi driver, a job he has been operating since 2012 and has helped him take care of his family. He had great business ideas but did not have the skills of how to manage and sustain such businesses until he approached UGAFODE, where he attained training in a group of five members on how to manage a viable business. He now wants a loan through the group to repair his taxi because it has a mechanical problem and yet is his major source of income. He promises to pay it back on schedule.

Enusu would like to thank funders for the great work they do to help the low income entrepreneurs.

The extra person in the middle (pink jacket, green blouse, jean skirt) is the UGAFODE Credit staff in charge of the group.
