Ngwe Rachael's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy in crates of beer, soft drinks, and raffia wine, and add tables, chairs, and glasses.

Ngwe Rachael's story

Ngwe Rachael is a widow and blessed with three children. They all live in a two bedroom house at Bamenda, North West Region of Cameroon. She has faced some challenges in life, such as sickness among family members and death of her husband, and lack of capital.

Ngwe Rachael was motivated to become a member of GHAPE by her friends who have been GHAPE members. She joined GHAPE in the year 2015 and thinks her business will succeed because of a wonderful experience developed over time, good location, and lots of customers.

With the new loan requested she will buy in bulk crates of beer, palm wine, and soft drinks, and add tables, chairs, glasses and lots more. The activity will help the community in that there will be an available relaxation spot.

Ngwe Rachael has successfully borrowed and repaid loans twice. The profit from this loan helps her sponsor her children's education, and improve her family's living conditions. She prefers a loan from GHAPE because it has a cheap interest rate.
