Duteraninkunga-Mbugangari Group's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy more bananas, Irish potatoes and beans to sell to her community.

Duteraninkunga-Mbugangari Group's story

Angelique is 31 years old and she is a married mother of four children. Due to her experience and background, she was nominated as the group leader for Duteraninkunga-Mbugangari. She is the lady seated in front of others, showing a paper.

Angelique has been running a general store business for the last 9 years. Like many of those in the group, her business is well-organized. Angelique requested a loan from Kiva through VisionFund Rwanda in order to buy inventory like bananas, Irish potatoes and beans.

With the profits generated, she will be able to to reinvest in her business and will be able to have a big shop, pay school fees for her children, and save for her future as well. The challenge she meets is the high taxes on the market.
