Rath's Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for organic pesticide, fertilizer, and the plowing fee in order to support her land to grow a good yield.

Rath's Group's story

Originally from Tbaung Khmum province, Rath is 36 years old and a mother blessed with three schoolchildren. For 10 years, she has been growing rubber and cassava as her main business to earn income for her family. Because of the decreasing price of cassava, she could not earn as much income as before to support her living conditions. It is her challenge.

This is Rath’s third microloan with VisionFund. She has repaid her past loans on time. As a result, her family’s business has improved via her previous loans. Now she is leading a group of three seeking this new loan.

As the leader, she will spend her loan portion on more fertilizer, organic pesticide, and the plowing fee for her plantation. Rath hopes that she can get higher yields than last year so she can earn more income to support her lifestyle and spend on her children’s education.
