Abibatu

Meet 40-year-old Abibatu from Jui in the eastern area in Sierra Lone. She is married with four children between the ages of 4 and 19 years old. Three of her children are currently attending school. Twenty years ago, Abibatu established her retail business. She began her business because she wanted to create a permanent source of living. She works at the business from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm 6 days per week. She says that the main challenge to her business is insufficient capital to expand her business.

Abibatu requires a loan in order to buy more bananas and charcoal for resale. She hopes that the extra income from this loan will allow her to increase her capital. In the future, Abibatu plans to expand her business. She thanks you for your support.
