Matimbwa Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to increase more crates of sodas, cartons of juices and water, boxes of biscuits, beans, soybeans and rice.

Matimbwa Group's story

Laison is in his mid-40s, married and blessed with seven children. He operates his very own grocery store and bar, which sells soft drinks and food items such as fresh milk, sodas, cartons of mango juice, biscuits, donuts, rice, liquor, and beer to support his family. He's been running this business for six years of success and is happy that he makes a good profit.

This will be Laison's first loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. He will use this loan to restore the out-of-stock items in his shop and bar such as crates of sodas, cartons of juices and water, boxes of biscuits, beans, soybeans and rice for selling.

His business dream is to own a wholesale shop in the near future. Laison will share a portion of this loan with his loan group members of "Matimbwa," and they will be responsible for paying back the loan.
