Ruyanja Tukore Group's story

Julius, aged 32, is a businessman from the Burora-Kagadi district in Uganda. He is married and has 3 children. With his small amount of savings, he managed to start up a retail shop 4 years ago. He also owns a motorcycle which he uses to transport merchandise from town to his shop and also hire it out to earn additional income.

Julius has approached UGAFODE for a loan through the group to enable him restock his retail shop business with items such as sugar, salt, sodas, soap, and cooking oil. He faces a challenge of limited finances and competition from people with similar businesses.

Julius is a hardworking and honest man and is hopeful that he will grow his business to the scale of a wholesale in the future. The group is grateful that your continous support has enabled them progress in their businesses.
