Roxana Emperatriz's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to purchase an industrial griddle to begin to sell pupusas and have an additional source of income.

Roxana Emperatriz's story

Roxana worked hard and completed her education through secondary school. She is married and her husband is employed. They have two children who do not go to school yet.

Roxana has worked making and selling tamales for 5 years and her mother taught her the trade. Also, one day a week she makes elote locos (cooked corn covered in mayonnaise, sauces and cheese) and goes out to sell them throughout the whole canton. She gets up very early to begin her daily work.

Roxana decided to apply for a loan to purchase an industrial griddle to begin to sell pupusas and have an additional source of income.

She dreams of having a stall in the center of the community where she can sell all sorts of snacks and pupusas every day.
