Irshad's story

Irshad is a 32 year-old woman who lives with her spouse in Muzzafargharh, Pakistan. Irshad has four children. Irshad has been raising baby cows as a source of income. She has been raising baby cows for five years. Irshad is a borrower of a BRAC Pakistan. She receives financial aid from BRAC Pakistan for her livestock business. She buys baby cows from the animal markets, which she raises until the following season when she re-sells them in the same markets with the help of her husband. Irshad plans to grow her business for a better future. Irshad requested a 60,000 PKR loan through BRAC Pakistan to buy baby cows and animal food for her livestock business.
